Dean’s Message

Dear Students:

We, in the Dean’s Office, are delighted to get to know you and guide you on your journey toward becoming well-trained physicians.

Medical school challenges the best and the brightest minds to learn the science of Medicine and the art of compassionate care for patients. Our faculty is comprised of professionals who are passionate about their work, and are eager to make significant contributions to facilitate the successful completion of your medical education and prepare you for your career as physicians.

We encourage you to take advantage of our program, where the emphasis is not merely on grades or class rank, but on critical thinking through participation in patient care, the development of strong clinical skills, and responsible professional behavior.

Becoming an excellent physician requires more than just good grades. Becoming an All Saints physician requires “something more”: compassion, a sense of community-mindedness, and leadership. It is that “something more” that is the hallmark character of an All Saints University medical graduate.

On behalf of our faculty and staff at the School of Medicine, we are pleased that you have chosen to spend the next few years with us at this stage of your professional development. I am certain that you will have a meaningful experience.

Dr. Terrence Marcelle, MD, JD, MBA
